Who are we?
Pip & Bindle are a small family run business who produce handmade goods such as Handbags, Purses and travel accessories but is not limited to any specific type of product. The one thing we can guarantee is that your product will be crafted with love and will leave us in perfect condition.
Product pricing will be shown on the website on a per product basis, some product enhancements increase the price of the product, please make sure you double check the price before ordering. From time to time Pip & Bindle may have promotional offers on pricing. The rules that apply to these special prices will be made available at the time of the offer. Pip & Bindle reserve the right to cancel orders that are placed during a time when they are incorrectly priced due to data entry errors.
When it comes to ordering products from Pip & Bindle every effort has been made to ensure imagery is the closest representation as possible however it is possible the colour you viewed on your phone or computer will be slightly different from the product you ordered. When ordering customised products the images you see on our website are to be used as a guide, even if your request is “I want that one” it is likely there will be slight differences because of how the items are made. For example, if a handbag has a pattern we cannot guarantee that the pattern will be in the same place every time. If an item is listed as “pre-made” then when you order this item that is the actual item you will receive and will match the images you see on the website. If you order a product that is to be personalised specifically for you then this product cannot be cancelled once work has started nor can it be returned as it cannot be resold. All orders must be paid for in full before work will commence this can be done via the website, we currently offer payments using PayPal or Credit Card.
The time frames involved with your delivery will depend entirely on whether your item is ready to ship immediately or whether it has to be made. There will be some products listed on the website that have been made already and in this situation this is the product you are buying and delivery times will be 3-5 working days. When a product is being made specifically for you it takes more time as we may have to wait for materials to be delivered to us first. We would expect most custom products to be delivered within 2-4 weeks, if for some reason this is not the case or there is a problem impacting delivery times Pip & Bindle will contact you directly to discuss this. If the extended delivery times are not acceptable for you and work has not yet started on your product you have the right to request the order be cancelled and a full refund be provided.
Now you have your product
As soon as you receive your product please check it as we want you to ensure it arrived in the same perfect condition in which we sent it to you, any issues should be raised immediately with Customer Services so we can quickly assist in resolving your issue.. Any defects raised with Pip & Bindle will be dealt with on a case by case basis, in general we would expect your product to last at least 12 months but with great care there is no reason you shouldn’t have many years of enjoyment with your product. Pip & Bindle will not repair or replace products that shown signs of mistreatment or lack of care.
